Hopefully most of those are answered here. The eOrientation is packed full with information to new students starting from before you arrive to Lappeenranta up to getting around in Lappeenranta and getting a good start in your studies. Below you will find links to different topics.

How to get to Lappeenranta?
When you start to plan your arrival in Finland and Lappeenranta, take into account that you must arrive before the Orientation days in September. During orientation days, you will get plenty of useful information, get to know to LUT and Lappeenranta with the help of your tutor and staff, get your LUT user account, visit the science library, make your personal study plan and enroll to the courses.

Getting around in Lappeenranta
Have you already checked out the LUT Survival Guide? It is a booklet full of information on living in Finland, getting your way around Lappeenranta and introducing Lappeenranta and LUT. In the booklet you'll find some basic expressions so you can learn some words in Finnish before you come here. In the end of the booklet there is a list of usefull addresses. To help you get a feeling on where everything is we have compiled a Google map called Survival Guide's Lappeenranta.
